A member of the co-ordination team for a peer network of school Estates Personnel and leaders, providing networking and development opportunities that support Academies to implement good estates management. The network is independently run and managed by its members, for its members.

As Director of Corporate Services (previously Head of Compliance) I am a member of the CLF executive leadership team and am responsible for providing assurance to the CEO and Board over all company legal matters. My responsibilities cover the following areas:- Company Secretary of CLF and subsidiary companies;- The provision of advice and support to the CEO and Board on matters of governance, including compliance with the Board's legal obligations;- Overseeing CLF’s risk register and risk management processes;- Overseeing CLF's premises compliance activities and Health and Safety;- leading on project and procurement work;

Managing and supporting Cabot Learning Federation (CLF) projects including the conversion to Academy status new schools who join CLF, a variety of internal projects (including construction projects, procurement opportunities and other operational issues) and providing support to other CLF activities including the Primary Associate Academy programme with FASNA.Working closely with our various stakeholders I ensure that all areas of the project are progressing as required, that we have the expert support and advice necessary to deliver and that we meet our project targets (including cost and time).

Working in the Education Team as a senior project manager, I managed and supported a number of successful Academy conversion projects and Trust School projects.
