Aldridge Education is a Multi-Academy Trust established by the Aldridge Foundation to fulfil the Aldridge ambition of growth through education. Our entrepreneurial academy schools and colleges help young people to reach their potential and are catalysts for the regeneration of the communities they serve. There are currently Aldridge schools across England in the North West, South East and in London.
We support our schools’ Principals and teachers in rapidly improving the quality of education on offer at early years, primary, secondary and sixth-form levels in order to transform the life-chances of our students.
In our academies entrepreneurship provides context for the learning of core subjects and is integrated into all areas of academy life. We focus on the development of entrepreneurial qualities, rather than only teaching business skills. These qualities include passion, determination, risk-taking, problem-solving, teamwork and creativity. These characteristics help our students achieve in their education and acquire further vital skills for adult life.
