I design, deliver, and facilitate high-stakes, large group collaboration efforts for in-person and virtual/distributed teams.

Mind.On is a community of people exploring and contextualizing the connections between brain health and our day-to-day lives. We gather to curate, share, and learn about ways to improve the health of our minds.

As a Senior Associate, I am responsible for managing our client engagements by providing end-to-end project support. In the lead up to a project, I am responsible for scheduling meetings, conducting interviews, writing briefs, and preparing customer-facing materials. Onsite, I facilitate meetings with senior business leaders and their teams. Following a project, I distill, synthesize, and organize content to create immediately actionable strategies and road maps for implementation by our clients.

As an Analyst, I support Syntegrity's Engagement Directors as they work with our customers to solve complex challenges across a wide variety of industries and challenge types. Prior to a customer engagement, I prepare our teams by conducting research and creating briefing materials. Following a project, I distill, synthesize, and organize content so that senior business leaders can execute on the strategies and actions that emerged from the engagement.

I worked with Lex Mundi, a global network of law firms, to develop their online resources for new members. I mapped and reconfigured an online Resource Centre and developed and tested a cyber security assessment tool built on Neota Logic software.

I was responsible for the training and ongoing coaching of new bar staff at Gusto 101 and Chubby's Jamaican Kitchen. I helped them to improve their efficiency, customer service, and product knowledge in order to better the business and help them develop their own skill sets. As a bartender, I was responsible for providing high-quality customer service to guests while preparing and serving food and beverages. Twice a year I created original and innovative cocktails for a rotating drink list.

I redesigned, wrote copy, edited, and formatted a conference booklet for the 20/20 Catalyst Program. The program brings together Indigenous community leaders embarking on clean energy projects.

I worked to support Network Members in accelerating the launch and growth of their target-based sustainability programs for businesses. Through these activities, I helped to create a strong culture of learning, collaboration, and results-focus in the network. I ensured that members have the supports they need to be successful, and built a vibrant and cohesive community of practice.

The Canoe Project is a grassroots Canada Sesquicentennial initiative led by students to create the framework for Joint-Canadian Undergraduate Programs (JCUPs) where students take programs offered by at least three different universities across Canada.As part of the coordination team, I am overseeing and facilitating the work done by members of the Canoe volunteer team residing in Eastern Canada. My work involves writing, research, project management, and team management. A project involving research on how to effectively design an online college course. Areas of focus include: student engagement, differentiating instruction in online learning, and the responsibilities of the learner. From my research findings, I created a handbook for instructors on how to create and design an online course.

Facilitating programming for Grade 10-12 high school students, providing leadership and mentoring, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the program.

I worked in Account Services as a primary liaison for clients and oversaw small projects. I sold advertising space via email, telephone, and in person, and I conducted market research online and by administering face-to-face surveys. I was also in charge of administrative duties such as answering phones, ordering office supplies, note taking, etc.

I did project-based work at a design thinking and communications consultancy, and I facilitated design thinking sessions and conducted market research.

Managed client-organization relations, accounting/budgeting, recruitment, program development, and web content.

Oversaw the planning and execution of Orientation Week for first year students in the Faculty of Environment at the University of Waterloo. I oversaw a 100+ person volunteer team, accrued sponsorship, and developed and implemented programming for the incoming students.
