• Consistently exceeded expectations while directing all aspects of several $150-300MM multi-site +1,000 employee business divisions including direct sales to multiple channels, inside sales, business and product.
• Top revenue producer, highlighted by sales teams that were the nationwide leaders in revenue growth annually from 2011-2014.
• Skilled at acquiring and integrating new businesses, with two acquisitions and six mergers adding revenues in excess of $25MM annually.
• Exceeded cost reduction objectives of $0.75-3.0MM annually by nurturing and enhancing a Lean/Six Sigma culture which grew to include 250 total belts (Executive, Black, Green and Yellow Belts) across 37 manufacturing.
• Led an aggressive operational project by combining the two largest US production facilities, thereby generating a revenue consolidation of $86M, production cost savings of $9M, waste reduction of $1M and a productivity.
• Successfully launched the first near-shore production center in support of all US-based laboratories. Additionally, spearheaded the overall outsourcing strategy which made this facility the largest ophthalmic.

• Developed and launched an online management solution which revolutionized the industry by simplifying employer management of critical programs.
• Renewed relationships with key suppliers while negotiating new purchasing contracts, thereby reducing material costs by 13%.
• Negotiated a profitable joint venture in support of a new product launch which quickly became an industry-leading solution.

• Established and grew the organization’s Sales Operations division which supported all non-marketing related activities for +150 sales professionals nationwide.
• Unified an entire sales organization comprised of sales professionals from 75 recently acquired independently-owned business locations.
• Redesigned the entire approach to sales force compensation, which immediately led to greatly increased organic product growth.
• Selected, customized, trained and launched the organization’s first sales Customer Relationship Management tool while supporting all field technology device utilization.
• Led all Training & Development activities, including the installation of the organization’s first sales training process via a collection of e-learning, on-boarding and live training events.
