-Plan, review and evaluate the work of Mechanical Maintenance Technicians as they perform installations, maintenance, and repair of equipment utilized in industrial wastewater operations-Provide direction, on-site technical assistance and supervision for Mechanical Maintenance Technicians -Ensure all Mechanical Maintenance Technicians receive all necessary training and keep all required certifications up to date-Develop and manage vendor relationships -Offer input on division budget and planning development-Utilizes Maximo, a computerized maintenance management system, to process work orders, update equipment information, facilitate preventative maintenance programs, track assets, and create purchase requests-Work closely with Managers and Assistant Managers throughout Clark County Water Reclamation District
