The biggest focus in all of my jobs has been customers. All of my jobs have one thing in common, delivering the highest quality service to my clients, customers, or fellow coworkers. Becoming not just a valuable employee but also being part of the work community has been important to me. I think, like most, I want to enjoy my work and environment and feel great about the things I've accomplished at the end of the day. Luckily, I've been able to do this at pretty much all of my jobs!For the better part of a decade, I've not only been a jack-of-all-trades as far as Desktops/Software/Server support but I've been the go-to tech to help lead new projects for my team. Projects include Jamf Management for Apple products, Kuali Build form building application, and AppSpace digital signage. The apps are fantastic for helping deliver customer assistance in different ways and discovering those ways and delivering is fun! One of my favorite things is helping teach my customers how to better use a product to help them use the tools more effectively for their jobs. One of my favorite things I've recently be apart of is helping train our college employees on how to use Kuali Build. Kuali Build is an awesome, easy to use form builder tool that is both easy to use and powerful. Having hands-on training sessions with faculty and staff has been so fun and rewarding. Overall, I have a vast skillset that ranges from support for Windows to Macs, from Office products to basic Server Administration, from basic Network knowledge to advance workflow creation. I have a lot of knowledge about a lot of products and services but a main focus has always been on delivering those skills to customers in a kind and thoughtful way!
