Working in the Equestrian and Extreme Sports Industries was a blast. Two totally different industries kept me always excited for the next challenge and adventure. Always a new project to work on, customer to help and goal to set.- Operational organization was needed, one of the main reasons I came to JT Manufacturing. I developed an electronic retail platform to sell products. I identified and adopted e-commerce technology to launch retail website and shopping cart. Managed and marketed the website to customers in digital and print media. There was minimal cost (<$150 annually) in development and maintenance of this revenue stream. IMPACT: Revenue exceeded $600K in first year of operation. Created new means of test marketing to gather information before product launch.- I also managed the launch and distribution of 3-4 products annually to more than 100 business accounts nationwide. Surveyed customers and potential customers for creative and practical input in R&D. Collaborated with sales team to determine best practices to take acquired feedback and apply it to marketing and selling new and updated products. IMPACT: New products created new revenue streams. Upgraded products retained customers. Maintained highest product standards and quality in the industry.- I created inventory management system, preventing losses, supporting production schedules, and allowing for more targeted forecasting and planning.
