Current- Oversight of the end-to-end print purchasing and production process. First point of contact with printers and other vendors from initial specification requirements and pricing through the coordination of manufacturing and distribution. - Set guidelines and print specifications to the creative team.- Established and maintained vendor relationships with print facilities in Asia, India and Eastern Europe. - Using a flow chart system for accountability I developed a system by which waste could be identified and eliminated.- Regularly met with authors and clients to assure that market expectations were met for print publications.- Research and implement emerging print technologies.- Review and edit images for publication.- Implement and maintain color management program.- Studio and location photography.
