I’m a manager, actor, and customer service professional. I have over five years experience in management, customer service, guest services and freelance acting. I have worked with an extensive variety of clientele eliminating customer concerns, overcoming objectives, and growing business profits.Since coming home from college due to family, I have maintained a career as a actor. I have traveled all over the United States during my career. It taught me about studying to perfect my craft, creating a professional networking circle, dealing with rejection, and so much more. I had the luxury to continue a traditional professional career while I wasn't on the road as well. These combined experiences have crafted me into a great people person who can understand a customers need for almost any situation. Until a recent move to Atlanta, I managed the Ice House Tavern, a bar focused on the every day worker. In this role I was focused on management and marketing. Successes include continual increased profits every quarter, marketing and advertising to increase merchandise sales, golf outing awareness, and non profit charity donation/auction work. Currently I work at River Pines Golf Course in Johns Creek, GA. I work in the outside carts department along with splitting shifts in the pro shop. I handle guest service and every day operations while outside. When inside, I handle tee time bookings, assisting customers in the pro shop, and provide customer service to guests. Colleagues believe in me as being strategic, relentless, working with customers concerns and always being trusted to come up with a new approach. I know the clientele comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can, and often do, work well alone, but I’m at my best working with others.
