Currently working at Yorkshire Water on the AMP6 Framework as an NEC PM for a number of schemes, including a £20m+ refurbishment of a Water Treatment Works.Additionally to this, I have been involved in the operational side of the internal business, looking after reporting, assisting on resourcing, business development and invoicing for the regional director.

Returned to Turner & Townsend within the Infrastructure division, I was seconded out to Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) to assist with the delivery of the Wigan bus station project.

Seconded in from Turner & Townsend to meet Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM) needs following securing funds through the Local Growth Deal scheme. As a result, I took over the Wigan bus station project which as of September 2014 did not have a feasibility study undertaken, never mind a design. Initial task included commencing procurement documentation for a design team. Managing the project through internal gateway reviews, extensive stakeholder management as well as submissions to the Combined Authority (GMCA). The basis of the programme was developed and managed the appointed design team through concept design to take to board approval.

Worked on managing the internal team to submit bids along with helping the Practice Director on resource planning during a time of aggressive expansion.

Started within the Property team working on Retail and Education. Retail involved installing self-scan checkouts at Morrison's stores nationwide. I was involved with the logistical planning, communications with each store and contractor on a weekly basis. Education - Two projects at University of Leeds - Science labs and offices and then a new halls of residence on site. Both assisting the Senior Project Manager. Since November 2009, working at Yorkshire Water Services as NEC PM. Firstly closing out Final Accounts until March 2010 under AMP4. Then moved on to looking after a Delivery Partner's contracts during AMP5 (running from April 2010 - March 2015)

Seconded in from Turner & Townsend, initially starting in AMP4, working within the Contract Administration Team (CAT) as NEC PM involved with financially closing 330 contracts. Since June 2010, I was the NEC PM for one of the Delivery Partners in the Sewerage Networks, stream covering West and South Yorkshire. I conducted all NEC PM duties under 210 contracts, of which 51 are delivery contracts with an annual value of circa £25m

Working on a number of Further Education projects including Grimsby Institute

Working on new builds and refurbs, I was tasked with ensuring all snagging was complete on the final day of construction. Then my responsibilty was to ensure the store was fully merchandised and ready to trade within 2 days, including training for staff.
