As the Chief Development Officer for Boys & Girls Clubs of the Coastal Plain, I oversee the organization's financial growth. My responsibilities include crafting and implementing comprehensive resource mobilization strategies, fostering meaningful relationships with donors and stakeholders, and overseeing fundraising initiatives and all Grants. Our Resource Development team ensures the alignment of fundraising efforts with organizational objectives, contributing significantly to the sustained financial health of the organization. My development experience lies in optimizing resources to drive the mission of BGCCP forward to achieve long-term sustainability. I am passionate about enabling all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
