I am working toward developing experience and skills in experimental psychology research that will prepare me for opportunities to join a graduate program that best fits my interests. My expectations consist of familiarizing myself with the research setting, making connections with those that have commensurate interests, and eventually becoming acclimated to a lab which complements the topics I want to explore. These are prospects I have currently, as I progress closer toward finishing my undergraduate career. Making theoretical contributions to the contemporary science of memory and cognition, and further topics that captivate me therein, are prime motivations for engrossing myself in this domain of research. Skills which align with my goals are, my enduring passion for whatever I am engaged with, critical thinking that prompts a progressive attitude that embodies the needs of practical and intellectual flexibility, and my active commitment to understanding data.
