Brad has more than twenty-five years of experience in commercial and investment banking. He has advised private and publicly-traded companies and private equity groups on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises, and other strategic transactions and growth initiatives. He has completed transactions in a diverse array of industries, including consumer products, outdoor recreation, food, specialty chemicals, industrial manufacturing, information technology, packaging machinery, fire protection, healthcare, plastics and composites, and engineering and industrial services. Prior to joining Keystone Capital Markets, Brad was a Managing Director at Headwaters MB where he focused on consumer and industrial sectors. Before that, he was a Managing Director and head of the consumer industry group at D.A. Davidson & Co. following its acquisition of McGladrey Capital Markets, where he was a Managing Director and head of the consumer industry group and the chemicals, plastics & advanced materials industry group. Previously, he was a Vice President with Citigroup in its middle-market investment banking division and a Vice President with Wells Fargo in its commercial banking group. Brad received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in marketing and finance from San Diego State University. He holds FINRA Series 24, 7, 63 and 79 licenses.
