Heavily involved with the implementation of the new Workday system for the City, a new eDiscovery system for our office, and regularly monitor the market for new and innovative ways to keep our department abreast of new technologies.* Point of contact for various areas within the City Attorney's Office including the information technology department, asset management, finance, and more. * Treasurer for the Atmos and Oncor Steering Committees which includes reconciling and managing their escrow accounts, handling accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing yearly assessments, and handling all payments and deposits. * Treasurer for the Texas Coalition of Cities (TCCFUI) and oversee their bank accounts including reconciling, deposits, assessments, and more with the use of Quickbooks. * Develop, review, analyze and prepare reports to assist with the annual budget for all three utility groups. * Manage the on-boarding and employment process which includes coordinating with management, Human Resources, and finance on new and current employees.
