- Designed and Implemented private cloud for Enterprise Development servers using VMware Lab Manager- Setup and Manage HP EVA & MSA Storage arrays- Engineer and setup Citrix XenDesktop 4 VDI for use in Corporate and Manufacturing environments. Used by Windows, Apple, iPhone and Linux clients.- Support large VMware ESX clusters. Servers located in multiple data centers. Hosting over 500 virtual servers.Includes Creating virtual machines from templates, P2V and V2V conversions.Engineer new clusters & support DRS, HA and VCB backups.- Support over 2000 corporate servers on Kraft account in Datacenters, Sales, Warehouse and Manufacturing locations.- Member of 24/7 swat support team that works with other groups to fix high priority issues.- Worked on project to consolidate servers in Kraft's Glenview data center. The project consisted of decommissioning 200+ servers and moving 70 servers to stay at current location.- Work with SAP Catalyst project team on Windows printing setup and issues.- Part of Life cycle project team converting Kraft over to Ricoh printing solution.- Created scripts to collect information for reporting details on backups, printers and network shares.- Trained Offshore teams on processes and troubleshooting skills. Maintain corporate servers in Datacenter and field sites.Support network switches.Daily support of Exchange email servers.Support of iSCSI and Fiber SAN's connected to Windows hosts.Design, Engineer and build new servers.Created documentation on server build process.Engineered backup solution for Datacenter.Created corporate standard build for workstations and laptops.Worked with vendors on securing standardized equipment.Support of Checkpoint NG firewall.Trained junior staff members on process and troubleshooting issues.

Work with clients to arrange for corporate Training, Trade show and other event solutions. We created short term technology solutions that clients could use at any location.These projects could be for 1000 computers with full network solution for a 3 day training class at a resort. Trade show booth projects were a very important to clients. I would work with client and internal staff to design, plan and execute a solution that would exceed their expectations.

- Configure desktops, laptops and servers for client projects. Up to 1000 units per project.- Able to roll out machines in short order using imaging technology.- Created standard builds for standard inventory.- Provided on site support for clients at special events and trade shows.- Configure switches, router and ISDN gear for network connections.
