Mobile design lead for the Viasat Field Operations team, helping technicians calibrate between ground equipment, satellites in orbit and Viasat systems. Highlights include:Introduced a collaborative, iterative exploration process to find and solve issue with the existing satellite finder. This led to an 80% reduction in time to find satellites, and 60% shorter development time.Influenced the approach, and process of junior designers' work through strategic collaboration and mentoring. An illustrative example involved utilising business requirement prioritisation for integrating Viasat Work Orders into the app, helping us focus on small meaningful interventions, quick delivery and iteration, resulting in a final full product enriched with real-world user and system feedback.Developed an app performance review method and template, which led to multiple teams completing app performance checks and updates. This contributed to a 60% reduction in time to load for users of the Distributors Portal app.

Highlights include:Designed and iterated the end-to-end 0->1 experience covering contract creation, issuing, signing, global HR compliance, payroll, and benefits. Helping to facilitate multiple investment rounds, and €0 to [Redacted]m ARR with NPS score of 70+. Created the product prioritisation, documentation and delivery processes - helping Boundless integrate user insights, service process requirements and sales information to build the right feature to the right depth.Through research, I linked internal HR, and payroll processes and requirements with employer and employee experiences. I then collaborated through workshops, documents & and design to build features like flexible benefits for remote employees.

Led design and research for the salesperson’s usage of the HubSpot mobile app. Highlights include:Designed and researched a sales-focused task app - which resulted in reps creating and completing more than double the tasks they previously had. Designed an ML-integrated business card scanner - which resulted in a 42% increase in contact creation. I also revamped the mobile email experience and various sign-up and login experiences working with the wider mobile team to increase App Store and Play Store ratings by 2 points.Introduced a new method for creating product-focused personas, establishing the core persona for HubSpot mobile salespersons through iterative multi-feature research.Conducted research, including customer interviews and user testing to create personas, experience maps, flows and IA diagrams to map and share understandings within our teams.Ran team workshops for ideation and planning

Created and iterated the 0->1 experience for Cohort, a mobile and desktop app which helped people discover the hidden power of their networks by linking friend-of-friend networks and skills by leveraging network analysis and machine learning.
