Job Duties:Overseeing the pre-employment process including criminal background checks and drug screens if needed for 10-20 employees each week.Onboarding and orienting new employees.Creating and maintaining new hire personnel files for all candidates according to HIPPA and other document retention laws.Completed the E-Verify on the first day of employment to ensure employees completeI-9’s,W-4’s and other required forms.Administered compensation, benefits, and performance management systems. Provided a variety of direct and indirect patient care activities, as supervised and directed by the RN-PCC.
