As a response to this requirement in the overall sales strategy, the MSSP and MDR markets are quickly moving to Channel-centric model. A mature model creates structure for Referrals, Resellers, Strategic Alliances, Independent Agents, MSPs, and Distributors.PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT: In Q2 of 2019, I re-launched the Proficio Partner Program from the ground up. This focused on our core Reseller and Referral Partners as the starting point. The new Program launch was a framework through which Proficio could provide value back to its partner network, and therefore driving engagement back to Proficio Sales Reps. Initial incentives included programs that provided additional discounts to partners, as well as a programmatic way to develop Opportunities FOR our partners. NEW PARTNER ACQUISITION: Working with Marketing and the Business Development Team, I worked to build a funnel of inbound partner requests (via Ads, Social Media, website, etc) as well as an outbound partner prospecting strategy and process which leveraged existing toolsets. RESULTS: As a result of the new Partner Program, Proficio has seen an increase in partner activity which has resulted in more Deal Registrations (YoY, QoQ) and more partner bookings (YoY, QoQ). An additional benefit has been business integration with our partners beyond just the sales team (for example: Product and Service Delivery) -
