- Accountable for project management and leadership within Audiology and Embedded Solutions and high-quality on-time deliveries of embedded SW and smartphone apps towards multiple customers and stakeholders in R&D and Sales & Marketing as part of the hearing instrument and wireless accessory product development- My projects delivered successfully embedded SW releases for various hearing aid and accessory products and iPhone/Android apps.- In addition in charge of building up the milestone process framework and making sure the processes fulfill regulatory requirements (FDA 21 CFR 820, IEC 62304)- Established and supervised a program for getting employees trained in Project Management and certified by IPMA.

- Responsible for the content, schedule and quality of Belle, the latest release of the Symbian smartphone operating system- Scoping of the content to ensure that the needs of the portfolio are met within the constraints of the resources and time available- Responsible for leading and managing all processes and organizations within the large-scale software development program (24 development projects plus cross functions) from requirement definition to mass production- Close co-operation with the product program management teams (four new devices and six devices that got Belle as an in-market update)- Global program having a large number of interfaces distributed across 10 Nokia sites in Denmark, Finland, UK, India, China, US- Regular communication (both written and verbal) with senior management and other various stakeholdersMain Achievements:- As part of a strategy change to the Symbian smartphones product portfolio I managed the development of a new "Master code line" from two separate code bases. This formed the basis for all future Symbian software development and releases- Successfully delivered production software releases for the smartphones Nokia 700, 701, 600 and 603 despite the organization going through significant change- Stakeholders had clear visibility on the status throughout the program
