Duties: Including, but not limited to: Managing/organizing all IT-related projects with 3rd party firm, including infrastructure, cyber security compliance, support, and applications. Surveillance system implementation and management. Project Management for AMI system deployment and ongoing maintenance/support. All aspects of LAN and WAN data communications, including AMI backhaul. GIS Management, Outage management, mobile workforce, substation & field control management and deployment, and SCADA implementation and management.

Duties: Design and support infrastructures in all aspects of the small and medium business environment. Developed solutions based on customer needs and implement accordingly. Introduce new technology into aging systems and successfully migrate customers into new systems. Systems I work with include, but are not limited to, all versions of Windows desktop operating systems, Windows Server 2003/2008/2008R2/2012, Exchange 2003/2007/2010, implementation and support of VMWare & Hyper-V systems in a Solaris SAN environment (zfs) w/ iSCSI connectivity. I work with IIS, SSL certificates, SQL server setup and management, Cisco router/firewall and switch configuration, blade systems, spam firewalls/appliances, multiple backup systems including cloud-based backups, wireless connectivity, remote support tools, and mobile workforce tools. Our customer base includes the following businesses: dental, utility providers, banks, golf courses, financial advisors, restaurants, law offices, newspapers, distribution centers, manufacturing, and more.
