As Vice President of the FCS division of KBR’s North American Government & Logistics business unit, responsibilities included the direction of all activities for overall operational management for contracts assigned to the FCS division. FCS is comprised of four separate business groups, including the Domestic Construction and Major Construction groups, both of which perform vertical construction exclusively within the US for the federal government; the Security, Design, On-Call group, which provides rapid response solutions for time-critical projects, as well as security construction for Department of State and other government agencies; and International Construction, headquartered in Dubai, which executes a wide variety of construction projects for the US government in foreign locations and foreign governments.

Responsible for the day-to-day Operations and responsibility for profit and loss for multiple business units. Through a hands-on approach, managed multiple functions including procurement, training, processes, procedures, staffing, and execution of projects under contract.

Responsible for the day-to-day project management operations for execution of contracts. Responsible for adherence to contract documents, change management, progress billings, subcontractor management, quality and safety program implementation, as well as cost and schedule management.
