• Responsible for object development using HR ABAP• Review the Funcion specification & finalize the open points before start to prepare TS.• Prepare the Technical Specification based on the FS given by the business.• Develop the object as mentioned in the Technical Specification and update the final TS after complete the object. • UTR document preparation after done the Technical Unit Testing and prepare the Code review Checklist.• Finally prepare the Deliverable document and shared to the Functional person for Function Unit Testing & Sign off the object.• Developing any new custom objects based on the client requirement from time to time.

• Sound Knowledge in Entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Selection, salary Negotiations, pre selection Process and Post Offer Process Etc.• Understanding the clients requirements in retrospect of the candidates profile, job description, shortlisting the right candidates.• Sourcing and screening candidates through creative sourcing techniques which include Self- created databank, referral generation, own network of contacts.• Screening the profiles, short listing and selecting the candidates in the preliminary rounds.• Briefing the candidates about the job profile, Salary, about organization, etc.• Follow up with candidates for interviews and joining.• Preparing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports.• Maintaining systematic database of all candidates.• Recruited candidates in permanent and contract-to hire positions.• Meeting the numbers as per the target set by the reporting manager.
