• Responsible for object development using HR ABAP
• Review the Funcion specification & finalize the open points before start to prepare TS.
• Prepare the Technical Specification based on the FS given by the business.
• Develop the object as mentioned in the Technical Specification and update the final TS after complete the object.
• UTR document preparation after done the Technical Unit Testing and prepare the Code review Checklist.
• Finally prepare the Deliverable document and shared to the Functional person for Function Unit Testing & Sign off the object.

• Sound Knowledge in Entire Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Selection, salary Negotiations, pre selection Process and Post Offer Process Etc.
• Understanding the clients requirements in retrospect of the candidates profile, job description, shortlisting the right candidates.
• Sourcing and screening candidates through creative sourcing techniques which include Self- created databank, referral generation, own network of contacts.
• Screening the profiles, short listing and selecting the candidates in the preliminary rounds.
• Briefing the candidates about the job profile, Salary, about organization, etc.
• Follow up with candidates for interviews and joining.
