Prior to joining adidas, I was the CEO of Schachinger Logistik Holding GmbH, a leading logistics service provider in Austria, where I successfully transformed the company's culture, performance, and profitability.I lately enrolled for an Executive MBA from IMD, one of the top business schools in the world, and I am also a certified coach and a lifelong learner.
