I attended classes and fulfilled my practical responsibilities of the learnership at the Skills Development Corporation (SDC) in Rivonia, Sandton. The tasks that were assigned to me helped me to identify growth and development needs and schedule interventions to enable ongoing development, training, and personal growth. Worked closely with the line manager to create project plans, identify project goals and setting a timeline for a particular project.
