Reconcilliate cash between actual and cashbook.• Make bank payment orders, perform transactions directly with the bank• Check invoices, and receipts, ensure vendors’ tax compliance.• Enter the accounting entries into FAST software, prepare financial statements and report to manager.• Coordinate with year-end audit, tax authorities…• Prepare a set of revenue documents for completed project in the month and send to clients for confirmation, issue invoices, track debts, remind debt, make debt reconciliation files with clients.• Organize and operate the accounting system, store documents, books, reports and related documents systematically and professionally.• Monthly calculate salary and send payrolls to employees.• Prepare tax reports: FCT reports which include: quarterly VAT, PIT, invoice reports, yearly PIT and CIT finalization reports, register tax codes, dependents for employees.• Responsible for money management for the company unionFinancial Tasks:• Analyze, manage and control budgets and company cash flows • Ensure compliance with approved budget.• Prepare profit and loss statements (projects, company).• Update legal regulations, tax information and policies.

Payment Accountant• Check the payment profile of other departments, make sure the contracts, invoices are legal, expenses are reasonable. Make timely payment.• Record expense to the software, make accruals for monthly expenses at the month end to make sure all expenses are recorded, reconcile and make sure the expenses are under the budget.• Make expense budget plan and make explanation to COO if the costs fluctuate or exceed the budget.Fixed Asset Accountant• Monitor, check and store fixed asset’s profile.• Update the increase and decrease of fixed asset and tools to FASTo Generate asset’s code, allocate the depreciation expense to the right department to manage expense of each department.o Make asset’s inventory at the end of each quarter, make report and explain the status of excess, missing and damaging asset to BOD. General Accountant• Manage the operation of accounting department.• Check monthly expense and revenue to assure they are reasonable• Make monthly financial statements.• Make quarterly VAT and PIT declarations.• Register tax code and dependence for employees.• In charge of all tax obligations of the company.

Apr 2012 – Dec 2014: Accountant• Check the information in invoices and make sure the adequate information of supporting documents.• In charge of the flow of invoices/ bills: Recorded in the system, keep track in the payments• Review the AP journals recorded to make sure the expenses and payable accounts at exact status• In charge of the document filling of accounting, make sure all vouchers recorded must be in files.• In charge of accruals for monthly expenses at the month end to make sure all expenses are allocated in the right nature• Prepare financial statement and send it to client every month, quarterly prepare CIT and make the CIT finalization at the end of year.• Costing for finished product.• Quarterly make VAT declaration.• Monthly preparing personal income tax (PIT) and calculate salary for over 15 Japanese companies.• Make the PIT finalization at the end of year for clients Jan 2015 – May 2017: Accounting Advisory Team Leader• Make financial analysis of client and send to manager.• Make Accounting advisory for client.• Review bookkeeping and set-up accounting system and costing method for client.• Advise on VAT, CIT, PIT, FCT and other tax.
