I assisted with land development for 326 lots and built infill properties in central Phoenix. Built 6 model homes from footing inspection to final clean in 30 calendar days. I was fortunate to work directly with Bill Pulte on manufactured housing projects in Prescott Valley & Florence and a dozen Aerated Autoclave Concrete homes in Apache Junction. I managed a team of Superintendents and a Customer Service Rep. during the production and build-out of the 326-unit subdivision in 18 months (3-month cycle time/unit).
