Having experience working on the ground as a labourer through to foreman, I understand how construction sites are formed from the ground up. I have now gained further exposure to the higher management of a construction project for a main contractor, understanding the complexities and intricacies that go into a complete project. Having spent extensive time at both ends of the spectrum, I have the soft skills and ability to be able to engage with the workforce on the ground, as well as stakeholder engagement of the highest level on a project including the wider audience. I have bolstered this experience further by obtaining a degree and achieving the highest outcome possible. With the experience gained first-hand, coupled with the academic knowledge of the industry, resulting in a well-rounded individual with a comprehensive spectrum of soft and hard skills, that can be applied throughout the industry, throughout all levels, as and when required, be it on my own or as part of a wider team.
