Responsible for all creative on the project including: concepting the album art, determining the image/styling of the artist, art directing all photo shoots, contracting illustrators for artwork, generating design and bringing it in on time and on budget. Additional responsibilities include art department personnel management/mentoring, inter-department relations and project management, institutional advertising.

Responsible for all creative on the projects including: concepting the album art, determining the image/styling of the artist, art directing all photo shoots, contracting illustrators for artwork, generating design and bringing it in on time and on budget. Additional responsibilities include art department personnel management/mentoring, inter-department relations and project management, institutional advertising and creative budgeting.Elected to be part of a team to streamline costs in the creation of art, color separations and printing. Without affecting the final product, changing vendors or eliminating personnel we were able to trim $1.2 million from our annual financial expenditures.
