Development of retail products and projects on the bank's website. Maintaining analytical expertise on issues related to the bank website improvements.Duties:• Planning initiatives and improvements for the development of retail products sales on the bank's website• Increase sales conversion of the retail products on the bank's website• Eliciting stakeholder's needs, creating User Stories, making wireframes, gathering functional and non-functional requirements, documenting and managing requirements.• Prioritizing tasks in backlog, selection of tasks to current sprint, short-term and long-term planning, supporting product vision.• Responsibility for shaping and assessing user experience at the stage of selection and ordering of retail products on the bank’s website, close interaction with UI/UX designers• Managing a product team for the successful implementation of retail business objectivesAchievements:• The mechanism of email notification for unfinished applications on the site has been launched. This gave an increase in the conversion rate up to 2%.• Adding the first step of the application to the product pages gave an increase in conversion to 20%• Multiple increase in sales of loans, mortgages and cards on the bank's website due to implemented initiatives.• Updated templates of product pages of cards, credits have reduced the number of customer calls to the call-center due to better presentation of information.• More than 50 A/B tests during 3 years were organized and most of them showed successful results that improved customer experience and brought sales growth

Maintaining analytical expertise on issues related to the bank website improvements. Working on Agile methodology (SCRUM), using Atlassian Jira and Confluence. Duties: • Elicitation stakeholder's needs, creating User Stories, making wireframes, gathering functional and non-functional requirements, documenting and managing requirements.• Taking part in system integration testing, functional and acceptance testing. Designing test cases, validating test cases preparing by testers. Achievements:Built sales on the bank's website from scratch. Launched online application forms with OTP verification on the website for any banking product, from debit card to cash loan and mortgage. Participated in the development of website integration with other bank's systems, replacing files data updates with new omnichannel services

Working with business requirements (Private Banking direction), preparation of functional and system specifications, proactive participation in testing process (SIT and UAT). Working in SCRUM team with two-week release circles, using Microsoft TFS and Atlassian Confluence.Duties:• Communicating with business stakeholders, gathering business requirements, preparing system requirements documents.• Managing product and sprint backlogs, controlling team resources and tasks execution.• Taking part in system integration testing, functional and acceptance testing.• Setting tasks for Junior Analyst, reviewing and validation prepared documents, controlling of tasks execution on time.Achievements:• A new system for remote confirmation of transactions through a mobile application (based on PayControl App by SafeTech) for the Private Banking clients was implemented. A several bank systems were improved and more than 20 services on ESB Tibco were developed. • The new card and deposit products for Private Banking clients were launched.

Participation in software development life cycle of Core banking system "Gefest" (Rospatent num. 2016611929 from 15.02.2016, one of the authors). Performing issues as software developer and requirements engineer.Duties:• Developing and maintaining new functionality of Core banking system "Gefest" based on InterSystems Cache database. Using programming languages and technologies - MUMPS, COS, CSP, ZEN, SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery.• Troubleshooting and resolving complex 3rd line issues • Designing and maintaining system data model• Gathering and validating requirements from stakeholders (Russian banks) and requirements from the Central Bank of Russian Federation, preparing FSD and SRS.• Creating and maintaining product specification documents for internal and customer approval.Achievements:• The new software modules for integration with CBR payment system, Federal Tax service, Financial monitoring service were developed and successfully implemented in more than 30s Russian banks • A complex credit pipeline with Web-interface and integration with credit bureau Experian Interfax, scoring system Experian NBSM and core banking system “Gefest” was developed and implemented in GE Money Bank.
