Moscow, Moscow City, Russia

• Development of retail products and projects on the bank's website. Maintaining analytical expertise on issues related to the bank website improvements.Duties:
• Planning initiatives and improvements for the development of retail products sales on the bank's website
• Increase sales conversion of the retail products on the bank's website
• Eliciting stakeholder's needs, creating User Stories, making wireframes, gathering functional and non-functional requirements, documenting and managing requirements.
• Prioritizing tasks in backlog, selection of tasks to current sprint, short-term and long-term planning, supporting product vision.
• Responsibility for shaping and assessing user experience at the stage of selection and ordering of retail products on the bank’s website, close interaction with UI/UX designers

Moscow

• Maintaining analytical expertise on issues related to the bank website improvements. Working on Agile methodology (SCRUM), using Atlassian Jira and Confluence. Duties:
• Elicitation stakeholder's needs, creating User Stories, making wireframes, gathering functional and non-functional requirements, documenting and managing requirements.
• Taking part in system integration testing, functional and acceptance testing. Designing test cases, validating test cases preparing by testers. Achievements:Built sales on the bank's website from scratch. Launched.

Moscow

• Working with business requirements (Private Banking direction), preparation of functional and system specifications, proactive participation in testing process (SIT and UAT). Working in SCRUM team with two-week release.
• Communicating with business stakeholders, gathering business requirements, preparing system requirements documents.
• Managing product and sprint backlogs, controlling team resources and tasks execution.
• Taking part in system integration testing, functional and acceptance testing.
• Setting tasks for Junior Analyst, reviewing and validation prepared documents, controlling of tasks execution on time.Achievements:
• A new system for remote confirmation of transactions through a mobile application (based on PayControl App by SafeTech) for the Private Banking clients was implemented. A several bank systems were improved and more.

Moscow

• Participation in software development life cycle of Core banking system "Gefest" (Rospatent num. 2016611929 from 15.02.2016, one of the authors). Performing issues as software developer and requirements engineer.Duties:
• Developing and maintaining new functionality of Core banking system "Gefest" based on InterSystems Cache database. Using programming languages and technologies - MUMPS, COS, CSP, ZEN, SQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery.
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex 3rd line issues
• Designing and maintaining system data model
• Gathering and validating requirements from stakeholders (Russian banks) and requirements from the Central Bank of Russian Federation, preparing FSD and SRS.
