Senior construction and consultancy professional with over 29 years' experience in the construction and consultancy sectors at all levels of project management, contract management, claim analysis and management, preparation of tender documents in accordance with IFI procurement rules and procedures, public procurement rules and for bespoke contracts, construction supervision, contract negotiation, cost and schedule management and reporting. I have extensive experience in • working with the contracts under the FIDIC conditions (1999 and 2017 versions), • working with the various IFIs (World Bank, EBRD, EIB, ADB and IsDB),• with the local procurement regulations, and• preparation of claims and counterclaims under above contract conditions. I have field experience working and living in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Georgia, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan. I have carried out project and contract management, claim management and drafting tender documents for construction and supply contracts. Working in different countries has given me intercultural insight and experience of working with people from different cultures. For the last 16 years, I have been the sole responsible person for managing the projects in terms of preparing the tender documents in accordance with IFI’s procurement rules and local regulations, assisting the clients during tender procedure and contract signing, preparing and reviewing all subcontractors' contracts, commenting on the company's own contracts with third parties.
