Responsible for;-Working on BMW Prime which is a subscription system providing many opportunities to the customers like discount on gasoline at PO, free periodic maintenance at authorized services-Analyzing the data of existing and churned customers-Dealing with the problems customers are facing while using BMW Prime for satisfaction of customers and perfect after-sales services-Updating periodic service reports (KPI's) monthly, quarterly and annually and adding new KPI's to reports-Preparing reports to understand the behaviour of customers to the campaings and being a pioneer in making the right attempt by interpreting these reports-Participating in BMW/MINI dealer visits in Istanbul and surrounding cities and measuring the periodic performances of these dealers-In contact with collaborative companies for customer issues (Petrol Ofisi, Otovınn, United Payment, Iyzico,Masterpass)-In contact with customer representatives for customer satisfaction-Reporting bugs in administrative pages to appropriate teams and testing the services offered to the customers before going live-Analyzing and reporting how much valuable the effort we put on Prime by calculating the revenues and profits we madeAt the same time, we are working on MINI Prime and BMWi Prime for our customers.
