( Loral Federal Systems was formerly IBM Federal Systems ) ( Loral Federal Systems was acquired by Lockheed Martin ) Worked forked for IBM ImagePlus development group in Bethesda, MD and was part of the IBM Federal Systems Division in Gaithersburg, Maryland when it was sold to Loral.

Principal architect for one of four major subsystems of the winning proposal & demonstration in the highly competitive IRS Document Processing System procurement awarded for $1.3 billion. Principal technical interface with Kodak Imaging Systems as a major partner in this and similar proposals & contracts. Invention Achievement Award and other awards for outstanding contributions to this and other projects, including exceptional written & oral contributions during the IRS DPS procurement and a significant number of patents & published technical papers. ( IBM Federal Systems was acquired by Loral Corporation March 1994 ) I began my post-graduate IT career with IBM in Endicott, New York at the IBM Glendale Lab.
