About Andrey Burilov

I’m Andy I’ve gladly dedicated over 25 years to Game Industry and Visual Arts. I have expertise in the following areas:• Setting up processes for developing game UX, gameplay, art content and user interface;• Directing and producing Art/UX for game projects;• Customization of visual styles (Art/UX/UI) for game projects (concepting, formation of requirements and guidelines) and the quality control;• Managing and developing Art and UX teams: R&D, improving processes and practices: recruiting, training, planning and tracking staff growth; team building, sharing and implementing the company's values in the team.Beginning in 1990's with the production of video advertising (classic animation and video), then (in theearly 2000's) I transitioned to the website production (Flash-based animations and interactivesystems), and finally since 2004 I’ve been working with unwavering passion in Game Industry up tothis day.Presently, I’m in charge of producing art (content, promo, UI, VFX) and UX (gameplay and user flow)for game projects in the MMORPG, casual and arcade genres in a game developing company.
