Provide seamless customer service, project report for Steering Committee and implementation of other special projects.

Manage National Programs software Implementations and related Healthcare Reform initiatives that focus on project life cycle including ITS, BlueSquared, Bluecard for Exchanges, OPM Milti-state and Electronic Provider Access.

Efficient implementation of GE/Healthcare, software for multiple accounts with a high degree of independence, subject matter expert in the GE Centricity Suite of products including Web Framework and Security Plus applications, working knowledge of integrated products, development of productive client relationships through presentations, training, testing, transferring industry knowledge to assist clients in Change Management, correspondence and onsite support, analysis of clients’ business needs in a consultative capacity, assist client with business process flows, analysis of software testing including conversion and interface testing, project manager responsibility for small projects, keep clients on track with Project Plan and revenue targets, meet project milestones, provide leadership to implementation team, provide post live support and transition documentation, participate with Six Sigma projects and regional decision-making committees
