Identified and resolved diverse issues/problems as they arose and determined appropriate actions. • Trained team members and provided technical support as the SAP ((Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software)) Procure To Pay Specialist, working with the PPD Stream and Regional Heads, anticipating process steps, creating new vendors, confirming timely payments, and ensuring the proposed spending allocations set at the beginning of the year were followed. • Conveyed concise and captivating information to internal stakeholders as the team’s Intranet Support Specialist, clarifying the people processes as internet champion for the PPD team and corresponding professionally on behalf of the VP, PPD to external stakeholders via the official website and LinkedIn, working closely with the Corporate Communications team.• Involved in Human Resources (HR) activities overseeing the maintenance of executive vacancy announcements, drafting contracts, posting vacancies, and maintaining relations with executive-level candidates. • Collaborated with the PPD and Regional Heads, coordinating schedules, gauging VP involvement, and providing project support. • Engaged with different departments and participated in various activities such as the MOSAIC (IATA’s initiative to advocate diversity and inclusion), the Geneva Staff Association, and the ESCA Paddle for Cancer Support Dragon Boat Festivals. • Received project management, leadership, time management, and personal productivity course certificates.
