As the state director for New Mexico, my role was to oversee the campaign operations in the state of New Mexico.Responsibilities included: - Plan and execute campaigns strategies and work toward short and long term goals. - Recruit, train, manage and develop staff - Track and analyze performance. As a Coalitions Director, I worked to build favorable relationships around the country and develop support for the campaign.
