Each day I plan our production floor depending on the need of the various component demands. My team and I work diligently whether it's in our clean department or our stripping department. I make sure both areas run smoothly, always thinking of continuous improvements and a safe work environment. All day I'm coaching employees between the daily.

I worked alongside the foreman on several projects. From framing house, installing vinyl siding, roofing, decks, sheds. I frequently operated the Lull and moved material throughout the jobsite. I kept the jobsite clean and organized. Also helped with snow removal through using plow trucks, backhoes, bobcats, snow blowers.

In security forces I was apart of a reaction platoon that worked with the Navy guardsmen for a base. We had to remain combat ready at all times both our weapons and ourselves.- I learned various weapon systems and tactics. -Learned Marine Corps Martial Arts. -Maintained my Company's weapons in our armory.-Admin (Microsoft word, Excel,outlook) Worked.
