• The first phase (4 weeks) was the creation of a development framework, Tibco environment(s) and common logging framework as this was the first implementation of Tibco at the site.• The second phase was complete end-to-end involvement of the System Development Lifecycle for a pilot project and the follow-on project involving Tibco Business Works.• In this role I was sub-contracted by Tibco so I was representing Tibco and working directly with senior consultants from their Personal Services Group (PSG)

Key Duties: Initially my key duties here were to be delivering on project-based work. This changed after being asked to take over the Team Lead role from an exiting Tibco Personal Services Group (PSG) employee.I was involved in bug fixes and enhancements of the Tibco iProcess/Business Works environment, including production support and analysis.Complete end-to-end involvement of the System Development LifecycleProject WorkPlanning and testing the disaster recovery capabilities of the iProcess/Tibco environment.In my Team Lead role I was responsible for quality assurance, team mentoring, team re-sourcing, solution design and estimation of small to medium projects, participation in architecture reviews and planning and the documentation of design standards, process standards etc

The main duties in this role started with bug fixes and enhancements of an Tibco iProcess/Business Works environment before progressing into project-based work where I was highly involved in the complete System Development Lifecycle.Other duties included mentoring and training of team members both within Country Energy and outside (IBM), and a high involvement in the production support of the systems.

Key Duties:The main duties in this role was the development and production support of a Java based application (FAST) that delivered service orders (work items) to employees at other offices and those based outside of the office environment and their interaction back into key systems.The creation, management and delivery of operational and summary reports using Crystal Reports 8.Website creation and management for the FAST application. This website contained the aforementioned reports, user documentation, application software history and other general information.Outside of my main duties I had involvement with Informix 4GL (CIS system), STaRS (Java based Energy Trading system) and other in-house custom applications.
