I am a Senior Lecturer at the University of Chicago’s Harris School of Public Policy and an Associate Fellow at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School. I teach leadership, negotiations, decision-making, strategy, and organizational psychology to degree-seeking undergraduate and graduate students and senior executives in open enrollment and custom executive-education programs. At Harris, I am also the Academic Director for Part-Time Programs and Leadership, and at UChicago more broadly I am a founding faculty member of the McKeon Center. Previously, I taught at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, and I continue to teach for Booth executive education. In 2023-24 and 2024-25, I'm also back teaching the Booth MBA negotiations class. I hold an MBA and PhD in Behavioral Science from Chicago Booth and an MSt in Practical Ethics from Pembroke College, Oxford. My current academic interests span applications of AI in pedagogy as well as how we should integrate AIs into our current legal, policy, and ethical frameworks. I also am keenly interested in the impact of social capital on hybrid and remote-first work environments. Domestic public sector clients include the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB), U.S. Army War College, and U.S. Navy.Foreign public sector clients include Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), Decision Support Center (DSC) in the Saudi Royal Court, Saudi Red Sea Authority (SRSA), and the Hong Kong Civil Service Bureau. Before entering academia, I was a partner with the consulting firm Accenture and worked in sales and marketing with enterprise software firms including Siebel and Oracle. I also built the European operations and managed an international joint venture in Japan for MarketSwitch, a company later acquired by Experian. I currently serve on the advisory board of Metopio. Time permitting, I'm open to additional such opportunities.
