• Responsible for working with the team and partners to drive the continuous integration, build and deployment process for all Windows 7 App-V and related systems in a close net lab team environment within the scope of the project and related project streams.• Work closely with a Technical Lead or Lab Management, and work queued Application Packages to streamline the process and improve efficiency.• In support of “The Enterprise Desktop Upgrade Project”, test SCCM, App-V or other build/deployment tools and resulting installations.• Perform compatibility testing with the continuous integration of the LOB predecessor OS and Application Layers. • Manage Microsoft System Center 2007 Configuration Manager (SCCM) code repository. Utilize and improve practices of deployment code branching, code merge, etc.• Perform and administer client and server installations of software and hardware including bios updates and detailed configuration requirements• Troubleshoot compile and defects, and facilitate resolution.• Manage the release of software components into UAT, QA, (Staging, Test and Production environments).• Use in place process control points (HPSM, Serena TeamTrack, SBM) and configure SCCM to custom needs of the testing team.• Create and maintain continuous integration testing documentation both is aforementioned controls and on Windows file Shares including SharePoint.• Integrate test automation tools as approved (such as Citrix AppDNA) into the Deployment Testing system to support quality objectives.• Work closely with work stream leads and engineers to drive standards compliance.• Work with Operations Testing and Support teams to help achieve a high quality of release management.• Work with the Technical Leads to review deployment plans and release management plans to UAT/Production• Responsible for coordinating software upgrades and related documentation to Application Software Repository and other support tools as needed.

Provide desktop support for users in the SSA (Social Security Administration) Enterprise Network (approximately 106,000 SSA clients).•· Resolve a wide variety of hardware, software, server, mainframe access, and print problems while determining the next step for a resolution.•· Perform desktop/operating system upgrades, workstation, laptop and printer refreshment activities.•· Periodic workstation, notebook, printer and server replacement. Also perform desktop OS upgrades. •· Support for Electronic Disability Applications

Provide online course support for all Blackboard [Bb] classes to faculty, staff, students, and distance learning students.•· Onsite desktop support for all faculty, staff, and students on various desktops Win XP, Win Vista, and Mac OS.•· Conduct all application updates, send out patches, and research issues related to the OS with all applications.•· Record various classes throughout the day, and then transfer them to a server so that they can be streamed on Bb for review by students at anytime.•· Transfer VHS and DVD movies over to QuickTime then set them up for online streaming. •· Repair/replace/upgrade all software, hardware, and peripherals on the various desktops [XP, Vista, Mac] to ensure a minimal downtime for faculty and staff.•· Provide remote desktop support for distance learning students and on site students 24 hrs a day.•· Apple iPod support for all designated courses ensuring all lectures and videos transfer onto them.•· Provide iTunes and iPod repair onsite and remotely.Major Accomplishments•§ Created the student iPod program at the Duke University School of Nursing. Students were able to check out an iPod and download all lectures given in class and review them at any time.
