Faulconer, Inc. is a privately held acquisition and production company that specializes in enhancing the production of marginal gas wells.As the SCADA Operations Supervisor I am tasked with a wide range of projects/tasks that allow the optimization of production, analysis of data, and maintaining Business Intelligence data from marginal gas wells.Assists in the evaluation of assets, as required, for the ability to economically operate w/ SCADA. Most important to VEFI's success is my ability to implement new software by training and developing personnel on the utilization of the SCADA systems. These processes dramatically reduce downtime by allowing the Automation Specialists and Production Superintendents/Foremen to identify problems quicker than conventional, labor consuming processes. In order to bring the highest impact data to light I developed SQL queries to implement BI and develop visualizations with Tableau. These dashboards allow myself as well as field leadership to quickly perform business analysis by visualizing production tendencies and identify declines and shortfalls in production by the district, field and site level.Analyze production data and identify shortfalls in production and possible downhole issues; Maintain close contact with Foreman to assist with the resolution of identified issues on gas wells;Oversee the daily operations of the SCADA Automation Specialists.Work with management to achieve the objectives and goals of the organization, develops plans to implement such goals while managing new projects/plans.Manage SCADA systems for constant contact and control of gas leases.
