Responsibilities include:- Working closely with product owner on vision for product- Employing the HCD process and methods to solve business problems- Refining product based on new business requirements & user insights- Visual design of user interface- Communicating design solutions to developers and stakeholders- Facilitating design sprint and workshops- Developing a design system for the digital team- Consulting across departments on UX and usability topics

Responsibilities included:- Implementing UI designs using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 and Javascript- Testing and fixing websites for usability, functionality, cross-browser compatibility and responsive issues- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure user-facing features are well implemented

As an interaction designer, I was responsible for: • Crafting out the Bot-Human interaction flow for every use case. • Collecting data from potential users to train the bot and design in a way suitable to targeted market.• Crafting the bot’s personality to be user-friendly• Writing the bot replies.• Collaborating with software engineers to ensure best possible user experience• Studying users’ interaction with the bot to understand how it’s being received and working to improve on the user experience.As Head of Content, I was responsible for:• the development and management of the business narratives making sure it’s in line with content strategies• Developed research tools for such as questionnaires and surveys to gather information/ market data for the business• Managing and overseeing all of the business’s social media channels in regard to content, promotion, consumer engagement, customer service, and performance management.• Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines

As a Freelance writer, I served as a writer, ghost writer, proofreader and editor for many established writers. - Creative writing- Ghost writing- Copywriting- Proofreading- Editing- Rewriting- Storytelling

As editor of invogue magazine, my duties included:- Coordinating and revising materials for publications- Writing and editing articles for the magazine- Working with other writers and stakeholders to bring editorials to life
