Established new technology framework for integrations resulting in streamlined repeatable integrations with internal, external and offshore team members. Demonstrated boundary-less cross functional teamwork leading projects and implementations as required. Integration is central to most capital projects for Stein Mart working with several 3rd parties.  Realized external incentives in hundreds of thousands managing team through challenge of implementation of Mulesoft as a replacement of legacy technology and the new platform for ecommerce integrations. The project timeline was short in order to meet external timelines in order to realize external incentives - while simultaneously replacing a Microsoft platform that was distributed across hundreds of facilities resulting in annual savings in licensing costs. This was a key strategic project growing Stein Mart’s online presence and revenue.  Enabled real time inventory for Stein Mart supporting omni-channel revenue streams. Managed the selection of a Change Data Capture (CDC) platform, implementation and ultimately owning the platform. An API was developed to support real time inventory supporting Ecommerce and Ship From Store solutions. Also utilized this platform to relieve stress on core transactional databases reading logs rather than tables. Team – Managed resources supporting most capital technology projects for Stein Mart. Team made up of FTE’s, On- Prem consultants and off shore Managed Services responsible for delivery of .net, Azure, Mule Soft, ETL and CDC.
