Humana has been the third largest health insurance provider in the nation. In this project, we worked on the overall various healthcare applications of insurance system of the of Humana. We created artifacts like Application Information Document (AID) and Application Support Control Plan (ASCP). This had all the details about the in-network / out-of-network resources, customer details and other insurance features. Responsibilities: Conducted several Requirement Gathering Sessions (RGS) for gaining detailed requirements to create BRD and FRD. Part of Transition and Knowledge Transfer sessions and prepared AID (Application Information Document) and ASCP (Application Support Control Plan) documents of various applications. Acted as a Scrum Master and empowered the team to implement Agile Principles, tools, and techniques. Applied structured modeling techniques and used tools such as MS Visio, Lucid Charts to describe business functions, processes, information, and technology designs. We estimated the story points using the Poker approach and the task priority was determined using the Priority Matrix Approach. Continuous communication with the team to track requirements on rally and discuss to fix defects with JIRA tools. Prepared Business Process Models that include all the activities of the business from the conceptual to procedural level. Worked closely on 834 transaction code for Benefit Enrollment and was involved in Validation of HIPAA for 837, 270/271, 276/277, 835, 834 EDI transactions. Involved in creating Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams including Activity Diagrams, Entity relationship diagrams and Use Case Diagrams. Efficiently completed Root Cause Analysis of all the high severity issues. Interfaced with business users to prepare and update Business Process Requirements for the new release of healthcare tools and prioritized outstanding defects and systems problems, ensuring accuracy and deadlines were met.

This project Identify emerging investment themes and opportunities by assessing macroeconomic factors, geopolitical events, and technological advancements that could impact capital market dynamics.Responsibilities: JIRA-based Agile Business Analyst was working closely with product teams, business sponsors, SMEs, and testers during the Risk Identification software development life cycle. Part of the four-week regular and two-week mini sprints to successfully accomplish the project goals. Involved in Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) project to patch the gap in the Risk Identification project. Identify emerging investment themes and opportunities by assessing macroeconomic factors, geopolitical events, and technological advancements that could impact capital market dynamics. Identify and integrate forward-looking exercises that assess the risk and capital level to protect the bank from immediate financial shocks either through the macro or microenvironment for the rolling period of nine quarters.
