He specialises in applying digital technologies to solve complex challenges in the infrastructure industry, and wider AEC sectors, including AI, digital transformation, geospatial analysis, and computational design. This expertise is backed up by an extensive foundation in delivering some of the largest mega-infrastructure projects across Asia.A Chartered Geologist, Tom's technical industry experience spans the entire project life cycle, from strategic policy level studies, feasibility studies, detailed design, construction supervision, procurement advice, to asset management. Within EY's Infrastructure Advisory team, Tom leverages his comprehensive industry background to provide strategic insight and advice on digital transformation, project management, technical consultation, and procurement across a wide range of clients and sectors.
