As a project manager in the Inclusive and Sustainable Growth Program, I am responsible for To Life with Water project, carried out in collaboration with Habitat Association and UNDP with the support of QNB, overseeing a water awareness project focused on training children aged 7-14 about the importance of water conservation. My key responsibilities include:Managing all project activities, including educational workshops and community outreach.Overseeing the project’s budget and ensuring financial alignment with goals.Coordinating with volunteers and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Monitoring and reporting on the project’s progress and impact.

In this programme we develop projects and campaigns in line with sustainable development goals. Below is a list of projects I am currently working on as a project assistant;- I Can Manage My Money - UNDP, Habitat Association, VISA - Can Manage My Money Project aims to raise the awareness of children, youth, adults, retirees, young entrepreneurs, farmers, blue-collar workers and women’s cooperatives to create a healthy financial future in line with sustainable development goals.- Look Through Another Window - Inditex, Habitat Association - The project, it is aimed to develop the inclusive perspectives and new generation skills of the employees who produce for the textile, and also to increase social cohesion with the partnership of Habitat Association and an international textile company.- Pioneers of Entreprneurship - Alarko Holding, Habitat Assication - Pionerrs of Entreprenourship Project aims to devoloping that digital marketing and desing thinking skills, using digital tools of women.Responsibilities:Organized and coordinated financial and digital literacy workshops for various demographics.Managed volunteer networks, including recruiting, training, and overseeing volunteers.Contributed to monitoring and evaluating the program's impact and outcomes.Collaborated with international partners to align project goals with community needs.Assisted in reporting and documentation, ensuring successful project delivery.Collaborated with partners and stakeholders to expand the project’s reach.Assisted in developing training content tailored to participants' needs.
