- Establishing and operating an internal control and compliance mechanism to implement internal control procedures according to United Nations standards. - Coordinating department and program teams during independent audits, Ministry of Interior audits, and other audit processes, and acting as the communication focal point throughout the audit process. - Monitoring and keeping up to date the association's procurement, human resources, administrative management, inventory management, and financial management procedures. - Leading compliance efforts with international standards such as PSEA. - Conducting micro-assessment processes with the United Nations, national, and international institutions. - Implementing "due diligence" procedures with national and international institutions. - Tracking official project documents with program teams and auditing project activity report files every three months. - Developing the financial reporting calendar for projects and ensuring its follow-up with relevant departments. - Managing necessary procedures for international project implementations, establishing the infrastructure, and overseeing the process.

Together with my teammates in the procurement and grant department; I am responsible for the planning, follow-up and management of the procurement and grants process in line with the procurement rules and grant management procedures. Coordination the procurement of goods and services with program and other department teams is my other responsibility. I am also responsible for the preparation of the 6-month and annual procurement reports and the preparation of financial and procurement audits and the management of the process as the contact person of Habitat Association in the audits of independent audit companies, UNHCR, UNWOMEN, UNDP, UNICEF, Istanbul Development Agency, BPRM and project partners (national and international companies such as Vodafone, Coca-Cola Company)Deloitte, KPMG, Ernst&Young, PWC, Coca-Cola Company, Rehber..

I was responsible for the management of procurement process, management of service providers network, the preparation terms of references within over 20 projects under digital transformation, entrepreneurship, inclusive and sustainable growth programs of Habitat Association. I was generally organizing procurement processes of activities such as training programs, entrepreneurship programs, hackathon, ideathon, bootcamp, demo day, digital skills development programs and digital expertise trainings, artificial intelligence, unity, python, UI/UX, design thinking. I was also responsible for the procurement of promotional materials, print and visibility materials, furnitures, computer and technical equipments and providing them with high quality and cost-effectively by specialist organizations within the framework of Habitat Association procurement rules. I was also contact person of Habitat Association for independent audits of UNDP, UNHCR, UNWOMEN, UNICEF, BPRM, Istanbul Development Agency, Vodafone, Deloitte, KPMG, Ernst&Young, PWC, Coca-Cola Company, Rehber.

I was responsible for all financial audit processes of national and international companies in Kreston Ata Audit portfolio according to IFRS standards.

I was volunteer trainer of ''I Can Manage My Money'' project. I was disseminating financial literacy trainings to young people.
