Internal Control And Compliance Manager
Current- Establishing and operating an internal control and compliance mechanism to implement internal control procedures according to United Nations standards. - Coordinating department and program teams during independent audits, Ministry of Interior audits, and other audit processes, and acting as the communication focal point throughout the audit process. - Monitoring and keeping up to date the association's procurement, human resources, administrative management, inventory management, and financial management procedures. - Leading compliance efforts with international standards such as PSEA. - Conducting micro-assessment processes with the United Nations, national, and international institutions. - Implementing "due diligence" procedures with national and international institutions. - Tracking official project documents with program teams and auditing project activity report files every three months. - Developing the financial reporting calendar for projects and ensuring its follow-up with relevant departments. - Managing necessary procedures for international project implementations, establishing the infrastructure, and overseeing the process.
