As a personal trainer and cycling coach, I put together plans to help people achieve their DREAMS. Everyone that hires me as their coach comes on under our group or individual training. We sit down to develop a plan and I help them to see it through from start to finish. Whether it's wanting to tone up, drop inches, burn fat or learn how to race and train the correct way, my company can help. A cycling coach designs a plan that will help a rider/racer have the best opportunity to achieve his/her goals.If you are a fair weather rider or seasoned racer, a plan to train by is very important. I will help you establish goals and encourage you all the way! When you achieve your goals I achieve mine!THE SEASONED CYCLIST. As a seasoned cyclist you'll benefit from the accountability of a monitored, structured program with defined targets and goals. If you are a racer, you will receive pre-race suggestions for race prep, strategies and tactics, followed by post race assessment. I will provide objective and constructive guidance. By being your motivator, confidant and sounding board you will greatly increase your ability to stay on track and reach your goals. You will achieve a greater level of fitness, reduce your risk of training (and over training) injuries, and become a more knowledgeable and competitive cyclist. I will help you better understand the fundamentals, rules and rationales of cycling and the connection between the physical and mental aspects of the sport. Coaching can be done in person, via internet or phone. Often a combined approach is taken.
