I started Stratfield Consulting with the belief that companies are looking for a more reliable consulting firm to deliver an ever-expanding list of innovation projects. We help large corporations deliver new project initiatives from the idea stage through implementation and roll-out. We enjoy bridging the gap between traditional business departments and information technology to introduce change. Our team is focused on "doing things right" and finding other people like us to do the same. I have the good fortune to have worked with both large and boutique consulting firms for 20+ years. I have also led consulting teams at two large software companies. I enjoy leading projects personally as well as mentoring junior project managers. I believe there is a subtle, yet important, difference between project leaders and traditional project managers. Project leaders own the project and take responsibility to deliver the solution.
