• Managed the Corporate Data Center and provide technical support services for multiple subsidiaries. Responsibilities include 7x24 Data Center Operations and Access Control, Network and Telecommunications support, UNIX and Wintel hardware and software support, Database management, IT Strategic Sourcing, Help Desk Services, Desktop Support, and SAP Basis support.
